1. Overview
At Aayurtantra, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you buy products from aayurtantra.com. Returned items must comply with this policy to be eligible.

2. What Items Are Eligible
You may request a return or refund for items under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (you got a different product than ordered). aayurtantra –

3. What Items Are Not Eligible
Items will not be eligible for a return or refund if:
They are customized, ritual-oriented, or spiritual items that are made or prepared specifically for you, unless they arrive damaged or defective. aayurtantra –
The damage results from misuse, neglect, or if the item has been used in a way contrary to instructions.
The request is made after the 7-day eligibility period.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or refund:
Contact our Customer Support via email at info@aayurtantra.com (or the designated support address) within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return shipping.
Return the product in its original packaging (unless the packaging itself is damaged), with all tags and accessories.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to your change of mind or if the wrong address was provided by you, you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. aayurtantra –
The refund amount will be for the product cost. Shipping costs may not always be refundable (see point 5).
7. Exchanges
If the item is eligible for exchange (e.g. wrong item delivered), we will send a replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
9. Other Important Notes
Returns of sale or discounted items may have different conditions.
Any promotional gifts included with the order must be returned if you return the main product, or their value may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds may depend on the condition of the item upon return inspection. Items returned in poor condition may be rejected or refunded partially.
