☀️1. Summer (Grishma Ritu):cool Down the Fire
Dosha Focus: Pitta dominates → heat, inflammation, irritability
Goal: Stay cool, hydrated, and calm
🍂 2. Monsoon (Varsha Ritu): Strengthen Digestion & Immunity
Dosha Focus: Vata and Pitta fluctuate → weak digestion, infections
Goal: Improve gut health & immunity
✅ Recommendations:
Drink warm jeera-ajwain tea after meals
Oil massage with herbal dashmool oil
Use tulsi + honey + ginger for seasonal cough
❄️ 3. Winter (Hemant & Shishir Ritu): Nourish & Strengthen
Dosha Focus: Vata increases → dryness, anxiety, coldness
Goal: Build strength, moisturize, warm the body✅ Recommendations:
Apply abhyanga (oil massage) daily with sesame oil
Eat nourishing foods: ghee, nuts, root veggies
Use ashwagandha or shatavari for energy & calm
Practice yoga + deep breathing
