Welcome to Aayurtantra! Below is all the info you need about how we deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
- Once you place an order, it is processed within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order leaves our warehouse.
- If your item is custom or made-to-order, processing may take an additional 1-3 business days (you will be informed at checkout or by email).
2. Shipping Areas
- We currently deliver throughout India, including major cities and remote areas.
- For locations in remote or hilly terrains, delivery time may be longer than the estimates listed elsewhere on this page.
3. Delivery Charges & Free Shipping
- Standard delivery charges apply depending on the weight/size and delivery location.
- Free standard shipping is available on orders above INR [500 ₹] (you may specify your free-shipping threshold).
- Extra charges may apply for expedited shipping or special handling (fragile items, certain packing, etc.).

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment using that link or via our website’s “Track Order” page.
6. Failed Delivery / Address Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply to re-ship.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, couriers may attempt delivery again or leave at a suggested pickup location, depending on area / courier policy.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Charges (if applicable)
- For orders outside India (if you offer international shipping later), the recipient may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, or fees. We recommend checking with local authorities.
- Aayurtantra is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or policies of destination country.
8. Packaging & Safety
- We pack all products carefully using materials suitable for the item (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) to ensure safe transit.
- For fragile items (glass, spiritual artefacts), special packaging may be used; extra shipping cost might apply.
9. Returns due to Delivery Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, or if the wrong product is delivered, please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of packaging and product. We’ll arrange a return or replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy.
